belong and demanded rural electrification (those rural Republicans would still be

After reading Mercer's update I've come to the realization that I am not going to let this one mistake negetively impact my life, every glass has always been half full so there is no need to change my outlook now. I do beleive this entire thing happened for a reason.
What if I took another way home last night?
What if my cd's were in reachable distance?
What if I didn't decide to hang out with Jon and Justin?
What if I just went home when Keara and Osmer did?
What if I never met up at the gazebo?
What if there were pedestrians on the street?
What if I just went home at a reasonable hour?
What if I Jon, Justin, and Amy were still in the car?
the one that kills me,
What if I wasn't brought up to wear my seatbelt?

I could drive myself insane wondering all these questions but the answer to all of them is that I'd be in the same boat I am now in one way or another. Whether it have been another telephone pole, another street, another time, it would have had the same outcome. You can't stop the inevitable.
Just like you can't stop living. I am so much stronger than a lot of people realize. I have the power to look at every situation and make some good out of it. My parents love me, my friends love me, and the feeling is mutual all around. I had never been so scared in my entire life, and as I watched and felt those sparks flying all I could do was thank whatever it was that kept me alive. Hopefully people will learn from my mistake, I don't ever want to know what it feels like to receive a phonecall at 5 in the morning from one of my best friends in hysterics.

For all of you tools that think you are too cool for a seatbelt, think again.

With or without a car, with or without a license... my life is about to take a change for the better.

in 5 hours I will be on my way back to DC. I have never been more excited/happy and depressed/sad in my life. I cant wait to get back and be with my friends in my new apartment and i cant imagine having to live without you again
